「I was given key to occupied room. Tv wouldn’t work. HVAC unit made a knocking noise all night . Long brown hairs in shower . Will not be back . Ver disappointed」

「It’s always a treat to come enjoy some time at the hotel. I have experienced twice now that the kitchen is strict about a 9pm close time. When we tried ordering dessert after our meal, around 8:55, the server said the kitchen is closed and wondered which dessert the kitchen would be willing to make. I appreciate boundaries but it always seems like the servers are nervous and if a diner is already eating, the kitchen could serve the last part of the meal without making it uncomfortable....

「Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced.
Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker.
Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.」
