「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「Vistas espectaculares. Mi única solicitud es que le pongan algo a la piscina, muy fria y es una pena porque es espectacular. De resto todo espectacular.」

「From arrival to departure all of the hotel staff were amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and depending what you have was freshly cooked. The transport provided to take you down to the town or pick you back up was easy to arrange.and always prompt. There is nothing to fault this hotel and besides the historical architecture the thing that made this holiday great was the staff.」

「My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and...
