“È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. La casa molto accogliente e attrezzata perfettamente per ospitare 2 famiglie comode. Il Check-in e il check-out agilissimo e casa molto pulita. Camere grandi e luminose, con il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio (ventilatore, specchi, grucce negli armadi, cuscini, letti abbastanza comodi ...) Ottimi gli spazi interni comodissimi e spaziosi. Lo spazio esterno vanta una vista meravigliosa e rilassante. Si potrebbe attrezzare forse meglio. La piscina è……

“The host was super friendly and literally went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. We wanted to do the Aqueduct walk, which he helped to plan and implement, but we only wanted to do it one way. He met us in Stresa and drove us to Collepino so we could walk back to the car, playing tour guide along the way. He made a dinner reservation for us the first night at a great restaurant. “Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

“This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night.”

“This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to……

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön am Haupthaus in einem tollen Garten, einem kleinen Pool und lieben Katzen, allerdings sehr remote. Zum Meer muss man zwischen 45-66km fahren. Ist aber gut angebunden. 8km vom Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings wird es ab 2 Erwachsenen eng. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt und bei schlechtem Wetter nicht so gemütlich im Haus, da eng. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Bad ist schön.. ein paar Haken oder……

“Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in unserem Domizil verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderschön unterhalb von Assisi. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet,es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen,Natale ich glaube der Schwager hat uns Tomaten, Paprika Basilikum vom eigenen Garten gebracht. Super Freundlich und natürlich auch super lecker.Wir haben auch ein paar Tipps bekommen wo wir am besten die vorzügliche Umbriche Küche genießen können. Wir geben 5von5Sternen für……
