“Isabelle est d'une gentillesse incroyable, nous sommes arrivés tard sans problème, la communication a toujours été rapide et fluide. La chambre est parfaite, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Très beau décor pour commencer la visite des march és de Noël alsaciens et le panier du petit déjeuner est un réel plus qui montre la générosité et l'hospitalité des hôtes. Mille mercis !”

“Booked 2 rooms, one room the shower is not draining properly. Breakfast is very basic. Second room no curtains, my sister requested to put one but they said they don’t have it.. our last day we requested to have 7:30 breakfast as we have to travel and the lady said no. So we ended up no breakfast and left the hotel. Mind you the breakfast starts from 7-9 but we couldn’t have it 7:30 so doesn’t make sense.. ”

“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to……
