Sweeping views, modern comfort, Top-notch amenities, and a central location makes it easy and enjoyable to explore Southern California . You’re just 2 minutes from I-15, 5 min to Green Gables Wedding Estate, Cal State San Marcos, and golf courses, parks and trails, 10 min to Stone Brewery, 30 min to Legoland, beaches, Downtown San Diego,Airport, Temecula wineries Lookout Haven is a private, gated property perched on a peaceful hilltop, offering three separate, private recently remodeled condos—with no shared spaces. Set on 1 acre of land, this tranquil retreat provides guests with stunning views, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions. Perfect for those seeking privacy and comfort, Lookout Haven is a serene getaway just minutes from everything you need. The main house (Which is the listing you are looking at) was recently fully remodelled. Brand new furniture, appliances, gorgeous spacious front yard, very quiet neighborhood. Very clean, modern, warm and open, you will feel at home as soon as you step on the property. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping while being couple of minutes away from the town. No more than 3 vehicles. Limited street parking. Closest EV charging station is less than 2 minutes away. No pet policy due to owners allergies. The entire 1 acre property is gated, secure and private with spectacular views of mountains. Automated gate and smart lock on the main door allows you to have access to your space without any interaction. All codes and wi-fi passwords will be communicated on check-in day. I am very responsive. If you need or have questions, please do not hesitate to message me or call at night. The owners are usually on the property and i can be there in less than 10 min to help. Residential suburban neighborhood. The house is the highest point on 1 acres which gives you more privacy and breathing room. This neighborhood is located minutes away from Freeways 78 and 15. Located right on the border of Escondido and San Marcos, this home is minutes away of plenty of dining options as well as grocery stores. Centrally located in San Diego a quick 20-30 minute drive gets you to North County beaches, Temecula wine country (27 min), the San Diego Safari park (16min), Balboa park (32 min), downtown San Diego (34 min), Gaslamp district (37min), North park (33 min), San Diego Zoo (35 min) , Sea world (35 min), Legoland (25min) San Diego airport (39 min) Enough parking on the property. Limited free street parking. The property has an attached studio with separate private entrance, seperate parking and seperate outdoor space. The studio is not included in this listing. We do not provide shetts for the pack n play. No pet policy including service pet due owners allergy to animal hair. Immediate checkout without refund + $800 specialist cleaning fee will be applied to violators. Check out time is 11am. The cleaning crew has very narrow window to clean for the next guest so we appreciate your promptness. Due to past issues, we are now charging $50 every 15 min spent on the property and the house after checkout time. Thank you.

Nice Escondido stay

Kitchen, main living level, and deck were all great spaces. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We could hear guests in the adjoining unit during our stay. Very nice view from the hilltop.
