"Hospedagem a trabalho free lance, observei que a qualidade das instalações e do serviço caíram muito de qualidade. O quarto estava muito mal cuidado, limpo, mas visivelmente mal cuidado. O atendimento privilegia os hospedes dedicados a empresas, visivelmente o hotel se tornou um alojamento para peões em Macaé. Serviço de restaurante caro e sem qualidade. E pensar que este hotel já foi referência pela qualidade do restaurante em Macaé."

"The only reason I did not give it a five star: in the mornings I woke up early and went up to have breakfast. I tried to pick a a cup of tea and some fruits for my wife, who does not like elevators (the restaurante is in the top floor) and I could not. The hotel has a policy in place that prohibits anyone of taking any food or drink away from the restaurant, even if breakfast is already included in the room price! This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever seen in a hotel!"
