「In one word: nightmare. I'm still waiting for the host to respond to my request. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid in full, and after the host told me she needed the house back, for a personal situation I agreed to help by leaving early. Instead of working with me fairly, she suddenly tripled the price and stopped responding to my messages. At the time, I was in the hospital helping my mom, and doing my best to resolve the situation....

「Amazing villa in a great resort. Beach incredible, pool area perfect for our kids and restaurant on premises wonderful. Cleaning lady was the sweetest and staff around the resort incredible. Also, lots of cool restaurants a short drive away. Highly recommend. 」
