“It’s a scam!
I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title.
Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation.

“Disappointed in our stay mainly because of our restaurant experience and the construction and electrical infrastructure surrounding the hotel. Restaurant service was simply terrible. The hotel itself is beautiful and design is unique. But all the dirt and debris around the hotel is an eyesore. Also, no iron in our room.”

“Never had breakfast as I had to catch very early plane 530am. Roof top festering was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was sink in showers and low soft bed, but that being said was manageable. The great this was they checked me in early mourning as had just gotten off cruise Receptionist lovely. Pool was deep and bean bag chairs not lounge chairs. and not too sunny as had an open roof shich was fine. Beach across street. No tanning beds, more public. Bike path, tram and bus for short……

“I didn’t like anything in this hotel, service is bad and rude , we asked the front desk to have some extra pillows to our room they told us to come down and get it by yourself, and the room are worse the bed looks like they were hard plywood they weren’t comfortable and the bathroom something else the standing shower was so so small the little kids wouldn’t fits their . The end the hotel is REALLY REALLY BAD I don’t recommended”
