"This is a lovely place for a stay by the coast 30/40 km north of Porto. The house is ideal for a holiday - well equipped, clean and with a pool - the sea was fairly cold so having a pool was a 'must' especially if you have children. There are lots of excellent seafood restaurants nearby and a lovely sandy beach (less than 10 minutes wak) - and the nearby town of Apulia is 20 minutes walk - you don't need to hire a car - the host Rui Miguel was very helpfull in arranging transport for our...

"The host was extremely helpful when we needed help and even made a call for us to help with train ticket issues since we do not speak Portuguese well enough. He also sent maps on how to get to a few places. Again very convenient and helpful. I will say it is a little bit of a drive to get to a grocery store.
