「Visually the resort is stunning, the grounds are beautiful, the attention to detail remarkable and the pool/spa area is amazing. The food in The Lazy Goat was really good especially the Maple Rosemary Chicken Wings. However, the elevator in our building (The Mansion) was broken, we were on the second floor and they did offer to help with our bags. The ice machine was also out of commision and the lobby door needed a little TLC to spruce up the area. It's a little odd that there is no dedicated...

「Our front desk clerk, Jovon, was amazing. When we arrived he was quite busy and never missed a beat. He was helping many people at once and was efficient and pleasant the entire time. He always greeted us as we were going back and forth and was very professional. We truly enjoyed our stay.」
