「We were not very impressed with this place. Our check in supposed to be at 4 and didn’t get room until 8:30 pm. Staff was very rude. Front desk lady was very mean. They didn’t give us any information regarding room service. Our room wasn’t clean so we had to call for room service. The place smell like smoke all day. The view was great from our room. We were able to see fireworks from 19th floor.」

「Service and employees much better than my last stay!! Everyone was personable. Night had a smile on their face and greeted me.」

Prices were reasonable and staff were courteous and helpful.」
