“Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay.”

“My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. “Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. Really enjoyed our Salem experience and would rent again the next time we come here. Only suggestion I have that would be a nice enhancement would be a hot……

“Visited Hampton Beach while traveling to Maine. We found this to be an adorable hotel right by the beach. We had some issues late at night, but the night desk clerk was able to assist us right away with a new room right next door. The parking situation with pre registration was confusing but the lovely desk attendants walked me through it and things were cleared up. Local shops and great restaurants were all within a quick walk. Very convenient. We will definitely be back. ”
