「We were initially hesitant about staying at this hotel due to no air conditioning units inside the rooms in the middle of a heatwave. However, they provided working fans in each room, which made our two-night stay manageable. I can't remember the name of the lovely woman from Senegal who checked us in and out, but she truly made a difference in our experience. Her professionalism, hard work, and attentiveness were impressive. Thank you to her for making our stay more enjoyable」
