“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful house on St. Thomas. It was very spacious and clean. Everything worked great, including A/C, and there is even a back-up generator for when the power goes out - it happens periodically in St. Thomas. The house also had a nice collection of beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, floats, and other helpful things that we used when we went to the various beaches. The beach down the hill from the house is only accessible with a 4WD vehicle, but it is……

“Such a great experience upon arrival. Concierge, Gorety met us in the parking lot. She provided a tour of the property and was available if needed. The outside of the property may be a turn off due age and simply the weather can be tough on the exterior; however you open the door and this place was amazing - nice upgrades throughout. The walk to the beach is 2 min - take your coolers, backpack cooler if you have one. The restaurants have amazing food - from good ole burgers to Chilean Sea……

“Fantastic location in Chocolate Hole. The Villa itself is clean, bright, high-tech and furnished with high-end appliances and thoughtful detail, such as a Keurig cubby upstairs and robes in the closets. The villa is just Steps from a beach to snorkel. Our master bedroom was huge with high ceilings. The master bedroom balcony was spacious and provided a view of the bay. We played many card games at night and sipped coffee in the morning. Snorkel equipment and beach chairs are provided to use.……

“So. The condo is a bit older and worn out. It straight up needs updating. BUT it is pretty clean, lots of extras like spices, coffee, filters and dish soap. Extra TP and paper towels are super nice to have. The location is fantastic if u r looking for something more relaxed and out of the way but it is only walkable to Mim's and Iggy's. Mim's is fantastic but pricey. Iggy's is more laid back. The patio doors stick something terrible but I mean we stayed out on the balcony ALOT. The living room……
