“We had an excellent stay at this property! The property is exactly as described-very nice with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay. The area is very walkable-easy access to the local restaurants, shops and ferry. The hill going from the shops/restaurants to the property is quite steep, but this is mentioned in the listing and we actually enjoyed walking up and down it each day. We rented a Jeep as we were there for a week and did a lot of hiking and exploring. We had one small issue with the lock on……

“This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining. “The Host was amazing and went above and beyond when we needed help locating the property. Once we were settled in, we had no issues finding the location again. I have a hard time with maps! The room was very clean and all we needed for our short two night stay. The views are beautiful and it was very quiet. Perfect for what we were looking for.”

“Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.”

“The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and……
