I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. Amazing view of the harbor from our room as well! Two very very little things - I never found a cutting board in the kitchen and there were power stip outlets on both bedside tables in the MBr, but the one closest to the door did not work.
