「We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. 「When I arrived the owner came out and showed me exactly where to go. The apartment was small but just what I needed. It was clean, smelled nice, and I appreciate the nice touch of having gentle music and scenery on the TV monitor. Great stay. 「This place had everything!! I could of just packed clothes because the rest was there! Listing was just as pictured- simply beautiful. I had to reach out to the property manager for something-not only was it VERY late at night, but he responded within 2 minutes!! I definitely recommend staying with Jason at any of his properties. 「What an absolutely beautiful view and great location on the Island. Communication was amazing. Hosts informed us of the exterior upgrades which were not an issue.
