“Pros: The listing was very accurate. The view is amazing. The house is very clean and well stocked this things you need. The snorkeling off the back of the house is amazing with sting ray, sea turtles, octopus, sea urchins, and much more. The photo of the front of the house does not do it justice. It is a very cute home. It was a very enjoyable home. Cons: only cons were just personal preferences. The property really doesn’t have negatives. The upstairs has very few lights…. So it’s very dim in……

“The property was a clean condo in a gated community just a mile or two from downtown Christansted parking. The pool was gorgeous, rarely occupied and had a distant view of buck island and the ocean. Check in and check out were easy, and the host is a great communicator. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay.”

“The location of this property was great. The shoreline was 10-15 yards from our patio. The beach is stony and was best if I wore water shoes. The swimming pool was good, but we used it only once as beaches were so accessible. We had a rental car, which was needed for us to get around and to explore the island. “We were more than impressed with the property. The owner was responsive to inquiries before we arrived. We spent an amazing 8 days here. We really appreciated all the small extras (i.e., beach towels, beach chairs, etc.) The kids loved using the pool, especially after we parents were tired from long days exploring the Island. “The condo was exactly as described. It was important to us to be right on the beach, and this certainly is. The communication with the owner before the trip was excellent, and an extremely helpful document was sent beforehand that provided great recommendations for snorkel tours, restaurants, etc. The on-site manager was immediately responsive when we had a question. The beach is peaceful with few people on it. We enjoyed being able to hear the sound of the waves constantly. The condo had……

“Clean and nice view from 3rd floor condo. Sugar beach was pretty secluded and residents were always friendly and helpful. Location was good and only a short drive to Christiansted. Property owner was quick to respond and address issues. Condo is listed as two bedrooms but most of our trip we couldn’t use the loft. The roof was leaking overtop one of the twin beds so that had to be addressed on night one. It was too hot up there to sleep without AC or fan going constantly. Power cut off multiple……

“The property was well maintained and felt relatively safe. My unit was updated, beautiful and very clean and comfortable. If I were to suggest one thing it would be to have some place to hang and/or store clothing. I didn’t really need it but it would’ve been nice to hang a few shirts and get other items into drawers or shelves. Perhaps my unit was so newly updated, they hadn’t gotten to that just yet. ”

“Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last.”

“We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating.
