Charming beachside terraced house
A beautiful bungalow just 20 metres from Saladillo Beach in Estepona, Málaga. Set in a very quiet area, it is within walking distance of restaurants (La Antigua, Pancho Villa, Chiringuito Pepe’s…), with a mini-market just 100 metres away, supermarkets a short distance away, and the charming neighbourhood of Cancelada.
Just 20 metres away you’ll find the beach with a promenade leading all the way to Estepona or Marbella. The beach is excellent and never crowded.
This lovely terraced house has been completely renovated. Set on a single level, on a 129 m² plot with 45 m² of interior space, the property features a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
The living room has a sofa bed, dining table, TV and hot/cold air conditioning, with a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, large-capacity fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bedroom can be configured with a double bed or two single beds, depending on the guest’s preference (please notify in advance). It features air conditioning and a ceiling fan, as well as an open-plan wardrobe.
The bathroom has an external ventilation window, shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside, there is a lovely front patio with a sofa and coffee table, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing under a large awning. At the rear, there is an outdoor dining table for six people and a spacious patio for al fresco dining in summer.
The house is exquisitely decorated, with elegance and great taste, yet very practical for an unforgettable holiday.
The Playa del Saladillo residential complex has a private park with tennis, basketball and five-a-side football courts, available for guests to use. The beach is exceptional, uncrowded even in high season, very pleasant, with showers and other facilities. Just a few minutes’ drive away are golf clubs such as Flamingos, El Paraíso, Atalaya and Guadalmina… and just 10 minutes away are the vibrant Marbella and the beautiful Estepona, two world-famous towns.
