Barking dogs spoilt it

Dated basic bedding and towels. Poor air con made it hard to sleep. Every evening into night dogs barking and on occasions squealing as if in pain or being harmed. Owners do not live on site with these dogs made us all sad. Lovely pool bbq and well stocked kitchen utensils. We went out every day but one. Not a good place for peace and quiet.

Estepona

The property itself was good. Some taxi drivers would not go there as it was too remote and some very deep pot holes. You need to use google map to find it . There is a pack of dogs 12 plus close by who constantly go crazy barking but you do get used to it. But having said all of that we had a good time the cleaner has two taxi friends who operate all day and evening and are brilliant and know the area well.

La Recalada villa

Lovely spacious villa but there are some issues with the noise from neighbouring houses who have cockerels that crow all day and night. There also seems to be a dog pound/rescue centre nearby and the noise of dogs barking throughout the night makes it almost impossible to sleep. The access roads to the villa have huge potholes so drive carefully..
