The urbanisation has a large communal swimming pool (seasonal availability) and children’s playground.

The master bedroom features a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, direct access onto the property’s private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage, and access to the apartment’s second bathroom that has a bath/shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday property, allowing guests to cook and entertain from the property should they wish to. Guests will find: a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all cutlery, glasses and crockery needed.

The living room has a large L-shaped sofa facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining table with seating for 4.
