「The feel of the property was luxurious, however when we checked in (late at night) our air con wasn't working. The floor was so hot it felt like underfloor heating was turned on. Two calls to reception said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to switch rooms, which was not possible. The next day when I was trying to check out, the maintenance man came to fix the air con, which was no use to me now as I was trying to pack up and leave. 「Speisen waren ok (HP), die Auswahl hätte größer sein können. Getränke mussten selbst geholt werden an einer Bar (Sofortzahlung). Hielt den ganzen Verkehr auf, das Essen wurde kalt und durch die Schlange war der Weg beengt zur Terrasse. Diese wiederum war schön auch fürs Frühstück. 」
