“All was very good ”

“This is our third stay this year at Estepona Hills. We love it, the location, the apartment, the amenities and most importantly all the staff. Wherever you are; at the blue bar, the gym or reception all staff are friendly and amazing.”

“Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. ”

The members of the staff (Angel, Ayme, Elisa, Miguel, Natalia, Nicolas, and Genesis) were all extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They all are worthy of the highest commendations. They made sure we had a wonderful experience. Kudos to whoever put together this group.
