Family Vacation

All adults went, we were able to utilize the porch area as well as the extra room with the couch and tv, this gave us opportunities to have our own time for reading, watching tv., also enjoyed access to the pools close to the condo with plenty of walking areas.

Great vacation rental!

We loved this well decorated and very clean condo. Plenty of kitchen accessories pots, pans and other accessories. Plenty of nice bath and beach towels. Even bags and coolers for beach. Nice laundry appliances. Wonderful view of golf course. So peaceful on Lanai. Pools close by and Large community pool and hot tub with extended hours until 9:30pm. Pools and hottub crystal clear and theraputic temperatures-just great! Community and pools not busy in April. We stayed one month and would recommend this unit for sure to others. Owner was very response and friendly to needs.

First time is a charm

As a first time snowbird, my husband and I dove into it feet first. With much uncertainty we took our chance at staying somewhere we knew nothing about for a full month (March 2024). The condo was perfect, the location was perfect and the community was perfect. We had a small issue with the code when we arrived, but our customer service agency was there to assist promptly and professionally. It has restored my faith in quality customer service, as he made himself easily available when we had questions or concerns. The condo; well maintained, clean and fully equipped, very organized with thorough directions. The attention to detail that put into ensuring our stay was pleasurable, was evident. The location; easy on/off access to 75 and necessary stores and shops. The community; Welcoming and vibrant. Extremely friendly and helpful. Activities for everyone from swimming, fitness, biking/walking, golf, and pickleball. Thank you for making our first snowbird experience a successful one. NOTE: Because it is on the 10th green, you will hear the equipment in the early morning preparing the greens for the day.

Summer Condo

Beautiful clean, homey, well furnished and most comfortable condo in a lovely gated community right on the golf course. Great sidewalks and streets for walking or biking. Offered wonderful golfing, swimming, pickle ball and tennis courts, etc. Enjoyed the food and beverages provided. Was most entertaining watching golfers (and deer in the evenings) from our screened-in deck. Close to many fine restaurants, entertainment opportunities, and endless shopping. Gorgeous beaches just a short drive away. We were well satisfied with our stay there and would repeat it in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!!!! 👍😊

Beautiful, relaxing, fabulous!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property recently and enjoyed every minute! The home was spotless and very comfortable. There wasn’t a single detail overlooked. Our host went above and beyond to provide not only the essentials and toiletries we needed but also fun, personalized treats like lotions and cups which made our stay even more enjoyable! The beds were extremely comfortable and the location felt safe and relaxing. You are literally on the golf course, the pool is steps away from the unit and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. We loved sitting out on the deck and preparing meals in the spotless and well stocked kitchen. I wish I could live here full time! Will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this rental! Thank you for the thought and care you put into making this trip so lovely and memorable!

Stoneybrook at Estero

Chech in process was very difficult. Communication between personnel at the property office and verbo was extremely poor. We were unable to check in at the prescribed time and were turned away at the gate until paperwork was straightened out. The unit was clean except for heavily stained carpet in the main bedroom
