Amazing Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful, neighborhood is gorgeous and we loved our stay with the family. The house has plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. It is close to everything and most important it is secured in a gated community. We are coming back next year. Thank you Gaby for being a wonderful host.

Perfect family house

Nice house for a bigger family. Quiet location close to beautiful beaches and shopping malls. High speed internet worked perfectly well despite 5 of us being in online meetings at the same time.

A wonderful gift

This was an ideal place for us to spend the Coronavirus lockdown. TVs aplenty, 4 bedrooms, a pool and a lanai, walking opportunities, and a property manager who was very responsive to a couple of issues we had when we first moved in - where things were, how they worked, names properly registered at the gatehouse, etc. Some things could use an updating - an old printer, some furniture - but that does nor preclude an excellent rating for the property and the management.

eautiful location with incredible pool and outside living. kitchen was fully stocked and ready for groceries. Beautifull decorated with formal dinning bar stools in the kitchen. The bathroom was Very spacious and included a garden tub and a separate walk in commode. The bed was comfortable, and you could see the pool from the bed. The property manager was very courteous, and there was a great at answering all questions.. You really couldn’t ask for a better vacation than this! It was amazing! Coming back

Quiet Large Base for Family Gatherings

The Manager, Gaby, was very responsive to any and all text communications. Have the reassurance that she is only a text away! The home is large, clean and welcoming with a variety of extras not usual for rentals. We had high chairs, beach toys, bikes, spices, paper goods, plenty of silverware/dishes(not just the usual settings for 6 persons) plus dish soap and laundry soap. The kitchen has a gas cook top and is stocked for cooking for a large family. There are coolers and ice packs already for a trip to the beach. Very enjoyable gated community with many running and walking paths. There is a Walmart right around the corner for last minute items. We only used the Master suite area, but the space is amazing with 3 other bedrooms! I liked having the laundry room at hand. We would rent here again due to the kindness of the manager and the location, plus it is just like being home!

This is a beautiful home underrated on the website. It is a 5 star accomadation. Beautiful pool area with 2 grills for a wonderful 4th of july summer night. The rooms were cozy comfortable and very clean.

Ft Meyers house

Although a nice sized house, the fourth bedroom is really a den, closed off. It was noticibly much warmer than the rest of the house. The twin bedroom was lofted beds that were small, and not suitable in size for teenage boys. All the beds were very uncomfortable. Luckily, there were some blow up beds that the boys used instead of the twin ones. This house is in a gated community and there is only 1 gate remote. It became quite a pain when you have more than 1 car and family in the house. This meant meeting people at the gat to 'let' them piggy back into the neighborhood any time of the day or night. I would not rent this house again.

Wonderful Time in a beautiful House

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen! Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt, war sehr gut ausgestattet, eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett& wir haben uns wirklich sicher gefühlt. Die Entfernung zu Supermärkten, Miromar- Outlet, Stränden, National Parks etc. ist nicht weit und man kann viel unternehmen in der Umgebung. Gaby war eine tolle Gastgeberin, jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat geduldig all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank für alles Gaby, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!! We enjoyed the stay in this beautiful house very much! It is even nicer than shown in the photos, was very well equipped, furnished and we did not miss anything. The neighborhood is very nice & we felt really safe. The distance to supermarkets, Miromar Outlet, beaches, national parks etc. is not far and you can do a lot in the area. Gaby was a great host, always available for us and patiently answered all our questions. Thank you for everything Gaby, we will definitely come again!

Fantastic home!

We were completely blown away by the this fantastic home as soon as we walked in. It has a huge amount of space; brilliant facilities and all in all made our stay in Fort Myers really special. The owners were really helpful and accomodating also when we had to extend our stay due the volcanic ash cloud. This has been by far and away the best property we have rented in Florida.
