Vacay by RMNP
Place was super conveniently located close to park entrance & town. Plenty big enough for two families. Had everything we needed and when an unexpected problem occurred the hosts addressed it quickly and did not interfere with our trip at all. Very clean and plenty of seating inside and out for our group of 9. Highly recommend!

Perfect home base for RMNP and Estes Park!
Our family of 7, including 5 kids who are teens to young adults, had a great place to relax on our trip to Estes Park. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and a great space in the kitchen and living room for family games at the end of the day. The house is very convenient to RMNP as well as downtown Estes Park. We didn’t end up cooking as much as I had planned, but the kitchen was well equipped to do so. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Wonderful Spacious Home
Had 8 people stay hear for 6 days and it was fantastic. Very well stocked, grilled out on the deck and enjoyed the quiet, mountain setting. Very close the RMNP and Estes Park but felt quite and relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

Family vacation
We stayed a week in this wonderful home. This worked well for our family. The bunk room is located in the basement (toward the back). Which worked well for our family. To prospective families. This was close to the national park and to town. Very clean. There were a few staple items left over from previous guests. I appreciate this because it is so wasteful to throw items away. Families can choose to use or not use if they want. A variety of spices were also in the cupboard. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash were available for use. (Not necessary, but a very nice benefit if you forget your supplies.) Grill worked well. Nice variety of pots, pans and storage containers. Also had storage bags, tin foil and plastic wrap. Again, many items were maybe left from previous guests, but it was nice to have these items. In turn, I left staple items that we did not use for the next guests. This home was perfect for our family of 8. (teenagers and newborn) Enjoy!

Great Location
This cabin is just outside of Estes Park and only a 5 minute drive to the Beaver Meadow entrance to RMNP. Plenty of room for 10 people. You can hear the Big Thompson river just across the street. At night we left the windows open so we could hear it all night.

Perfect site for visits to Beaver Meadows RMNP entry point!
This property is so close to the Beaver Meadows Park entry point and just far enough away from the business district of Estes Park for privacy. Quiet, and easily accessible. We had all the amenities we needed here and the Owner was easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great RMNP Location
Property super close to Beaver Meadows entrance station for RMNP and was great for our family. A few minor issues with technology - TV turned on by itself several times, internet occasionally went out, and electronic door access stopped working four nights into a six night stay (still able to get into house and lock up, but required going downstairs, out via the garage, and around/up to front entrance). Middle grill burners needed to be manually lit and grill didn’t retain much heat for indirect cooking. Could use some updated deck and indoor furniture and a couple hummingbird feeders would be a nice addition. In a residential neighborhood and one neighbor has a dog who barks a lot. All minor issues, hence the four-star rating. Cleanliness and proximity to hiking in RMNP were high priorities for our group.

I am unhappy the grill, door lock and tv were problems. To all future guests, I am available constantly (although many miles away) to address in-stay problems as quickly as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact me.

Summer in Livingston
We enjoyed our stay in Livingston and appreciated the easy access to Yellowstone as well as Bozeman. Such a beautiful area! With the unusual 100 degree heat, it took us a day to figure out how to make the house cool enough to sleep at night, but we worked it out.

Family Trip
Two families with a total of 10 (4 adults and 6 children ages 8-14) spent a wonderful week here. We had plenty of room and enjoyed meals around the big table together. Great location to explore RMNP and close to YMCA as well. The property and neighborhood is peaceful with lovely views. Would stay again!

Home away from home!!!
We had such an amazing visit!!! We had family flying in from Oregon, Texas and Iowa and the house was so perfect as a home base for our reunion. The kitchen was the hub of the house and the table allowed for us all to sit around and enjoy the time we had. It rained a lot while we were there, and some of our plans were cancelled due to that, but the house was perfect and we didn't miss a thing. We were together and it was lovely. Very conveniently located. The shower in the basement is a bit small and it was hard to maneuver but that was a minor complaint compared to how great the house was.

Great
Rented for a girls trip with sister moms and their adult daughters. We loved the property it was very clean and well kept. View was beautiful with the sound of the river as a comforting background. June wildlife was abundant and it was a great quiet setting with only a short drive to get into downtown. Only have one caution - trundle bed should not be counted on for an adult to sleep in. But everything else was wonderful.

Loved the house!
8 of us stayed 12/30-01/03 and the house was amazing. It has everything we needed and the view was so pretty. The kitchen table was perfect for us and the beds were very comfortable. This has been our favorite vacation home so far. Oh and we saw deer and elk all around the area, it was awesome. Thank you for having us!

First Time
First time in Colorado! And let me tell you it was absolutely an amazing experience! To begin the owner of this rental was so helpful! So nice and always there to answer my questions! 2nd the home is beautiful and so CLEAN like I give them a 10 of how clean it was! Had everything we needed!!!! Definitely will book again! Wonderful
This was so perfect for us. Close to the park, and we were able to easily hike or drive in. Gorgeous views from the side of the deck, and everything we could have needed at the house. Very close to town, but far enough away that it was still dark at night, so we were able to stargaze with our telescope. We will be back!

Great house
Great house for our long weekend with family and friends. After a small inconvenience of getting the wrong code for the door (phone call to owners got us correct code), the weekend went off without a hitch. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the gadgets you need to cook your own meals. The bonus room in the basement is great for older kids to crash in. WiFi worked well for college kids to do on-line school. The location is very close to RMNP entrance via car, or a very easy hike on foot. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Perfect for families
We had extended family (5 kids, 5 adults) meeting here and the house was great for our needs. The house shows some wear and tear but is well kept and clean. Location is super close to RMNP and also only a few minutes from town. Well stocked; we purchased and brought several things we didn’t really need assuming the house wouldn’t have everything. We had originally intended on using the “dorm room” space for some of the kids but didn’t realize how separate it is. You have to go through the garage or outside to get into the main house and our kids were too young to do that- would be fine for older kids. There were still plenty of beds. We would definitely consider renting the same place again.

Great get away!
Lovely home very close to National Park and Estes Park. Worked perfectly for my husband, myself and 3 adult children plus a fiancée! Especially enjoyed the deck and family room area where we could gather. Colorado and Estes Park are doing a great job protecting people in this time of COVID-19. 95% of people in town were wearing masks and 60% in RMNP (where of course we were outside and could quickly walk past or avoid anyone not wearing a mask). We felt very safe. We are thinking of going again soon!

Excellent House for an extended family stay
We had an extended family group of ten people with age ranges from 6 to 67 and had a great time. The house was well equipped. It had plenty of room for us. It has a great location close to the national park. It is a quiet location that allowed us to hear the nearby stream and watch a lot of animals. We were also concerned of Covid issues before the trip, but the house seemed well cleaned and was a haven in our desire to get our extended family together.

Cozy and spacious cabin minutes from RMNP
Our trip was mainly focused around hiking in RMNP. And with new rules it was hard to get desired time slot with the park. So we would drive before 6am. This house located so close that getting there was a piece of a cake. Inside it was clean, everything worked we had everything we needed. And we enjoyed winding down in the main room with a fantastic new tv to which you can cast from any device. Tv was a main attraction at night where we would review photos and videos from our daily adventures. We had an amazing time from checking in to checking out it was a frictionless process.

Randy's property easily accommodated our party of 9 family members. The house was well-appointed and super cozy. Our teens loved being able to get away to the basement "dorm room". We had everything we needed to make our stay memorable, and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed visiting when there was snow on the ground, but we want to come again in the summer to enjoy an entirely different stay.
