Step into a bright and inviting living room with large picture windows that frame breathtaking mountain and river views—bringing nature right into your space.

The expansive primary bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private seating area, and sleeper sofa—plus direct access to outdoor seating overlooking the river. The second bedroom has a plush king-size bed, and both rooms share a spa-like bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. A third bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a full bathroom across the hall, complete with a modern walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the fourth bedroom is a showstopper—a spacious loft-style retreat with vaulted ceilings, three beds, a pool table, large sectional, and smart TV. Ideal as a hangout zone for kids, teens, or the whole group!

Convenient location to Estes amenities. Property is clean and well stocked with high end appliances and upgraded towels and sheets. Property owner very attentive to any needs. Check in and out process seamless. Ample parking and lovely property to enjoy the outdoors on the patio. Highly recommend.
