Location was good. House was nice. My oldest granddaughter celebrated her 8th birthday there and I felt it was a magical experience for her and her sisters. I somehow missed the fact there is only one bathroom but everything worked out OK. Thank you to the host!
The elk put on a nice show for everyone on the first morning!
...and the show continued for a while!
The lighted trees are a nice touch!

Our stay was cut short by an emergency but the time we did get was excellent. The house was in an amazing location close enough to the main town area but far enough away to get some seclusion. Inside the home was very clean and well maintained. Anything we need the host was very responsive to help with.

We had a great time at this location, house was clean, fully furnished and had a lot of fun artistic touches. One of my daughters loved the "cow girl" bedroom. Location is great, on the river, walking distance to the Estes Tram, Estes Brewery, Fun City and walkable to downtown. Also, being next to Massage and Wellness Center is a huge perk, booked and enjoyed a massage while I was there. Great location

RMNP Getaway

We enjoyed our stay for our vacation in Estes Park and visiting RMNP. Great access to RMNP and located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice and clean house that is very well stocked with everything that we needed.

Peaceful Bliss

Great communication from the owners. Quiet and peaceful home set right on Big Thomson River. Short walk to Downtown Estes Park. Less than 10 minutes to RMNP. Will definitely book here again.

Beautiful zen house overlooking a running stream

Stayed with my husband and daughter’s family including 3 little girls. We lived the decor and being able to view deer & elk from the deck. House was adorable, beds very comfortable and clean. Lots of extra amenities for the bath. We really enjoyed our stay

The place was so cute and great for a family of 4. One of the bedrooms was downstairs with the other 2 upstairs. In case you have little kids it’s good to know for consideration. Location was wonderfully close to everything making it convenient to get around Estes and to RMNP. Would recommend!

Quiet home well situated near Estes Park

The location of this property kept us close to all things at this park. And it was only about a 10 minute drive to the Beaver Meadows and transfer Rocky Mountain national Park. The house is located at the end of a quiet street which we really appreciated having children traveling with us. We did not realize that the owner‘s business is part of the attached property. This wasn’t really a problem for us other than being worried about our children, making too much noise. Communication with the owner was fantastic and the house was very well appointed with all the things that we needed traveling with a family. We would definitely stay here again!

Empty nester Mama's getaway and spa weekend

My best friends and I stayed here over two nights to "get away" from it all. It was perfect. The three of us had our own rooms, ate all of our meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed coffee/chatting in the morning, spa time in the afternoon, and wine/food in the evening. We did spend 1/2 day in town, but mostly enjoyed everything about this lovely home! The most perfect part was walking downstairs to the spa for all of our treatments. The host is very communicative and her spa is amazing, highly recommend! We'll definitely be back!

Amazing home - Relaxation and rejuvenation!!!

Gorgeous home. Perfectly advertised - amazing space for our family of 4. We ended up not using the downstairs bedroom - beautiful space - but a bit chilly down there. Great family room to cozy up in - home is beautifully decorated - and kitchen is amazingly stocked! I love when owners leave spices and baking things you may have forgotten - so thoughtful! One bathroom was fine for we four - and it was lovely - full of all kinds of bath products. The deck overlooking the river was wonderful. Although the main road is across fall river - it was not loud at all. The outside property is beautiful. Nestled in the woods on the river - perfection! The attached spa was a lovely addition to the aesthetics of the property, but also the general feeling of relaxation and slowing down. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and I felt like the house was so fairly priced for such a wonderful space! There were amazing closets for extra storage and unpacking so you can really feel settled in and at home. The home was so clean, so well stocked, and check in and check out was a breeze with a coded door system. We highly recommend - it was awesome!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed staying right on the river, and sat outside every night to enjoy the sounds. My wife and I walked into downtown from the house several times. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The owners/property managers were very nice and responded to our questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend this house for anybody!

Retreat was definitely a retreat!
