"Amazing, quality hotel"

"The bed and the pillows were really soft and cozy. So many hotels have hard beds these days. This hotel reminds me of what hotel beds used to be. They also had nice cozy robes too. Overall would recommend. The staff was nice especially the valet and the night staff. "

"This hotel is easily the best choice in the greater Boise area. Incredible amenities, helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, wonderful location and ample parking. It feels like a resort-style stay without the steep price tag. If you have the opportunity to stay at The Riverside Hotel, you won’t regret it!"

"First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock."

"We booked this because it had a great price for what we needed for a quick stay. The room was nice and clean. With nice clean bathroom and great wifi for those who need it. Was very pleased with it. The staff was really great and kind and they gave us our own parking so we didn't need to go find our own. Which was great. Would recommend even for longer stays."

"Unfortunately, there was a mild odor in my room... thinking diaper smell. I asked for some deodorizer and no one was able to help me. I suppose I could have asked to change rooms so thats on me. I stay here at least once a year to visit my son at college. Breakfast didn't seem as good this year. Over all, I gave it a good rating but I remember when it was excellent."
