“Excellent as always! This was the second time we’ve stayed. The house is comfortable and well cared for. We love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the library, campus, and our favorite coffee shop. Though there is a great coffee set up in the house as well. It’s well stocked with kitchen gear, towels, etc. The host is easy to communicate with. It’s a small thing but I also love the abundance of real plants in the house. ”

“Loved the fenced backyard, was great for my dog. The gazebo was nice to sit and enjoy the day. Great idea to have doggie poo bags & trash for them in the backyard also. The plants were so pretty and we loved walking around town and at the various parks..Only disappointing thing was only 1 washrag in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a very nice place”

“Amazing!! The place was thoughtfully designed, decorated, and offered striking views into a rock formation with a stream below. It made it tough to choose between staying in RRG for the views or returning to the rental for the views!!”

“This place was abominable, do not rent from Heath Green or The Kentucky. The kitchen was infested with mouse evidence, on ALL dishes, inside the toaster, everywhere. There was no heat, and 6 messages were received then we were constantly lied to that it would be fixed. The front door looks as a gas station where several homeless persons watched us because the front blinds are broken and provide no privacy. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords.”

“The place is new and clean and UTD. The hot tub was our favorite part and was in it multiple times a day! Upon our arrival the bottom lock was locked with no key and luckily there was someone at the owner's side that found us a key. The key pad for the code sometimes worked on the first try but usually took multiple attepts. On the last day the keypad locked us out indeifnetly and we again, had to walk around the building and again, luckily someone was there with other keys and they left one……
