Ankunft völlig problemlos und sehr freundlich. WLAN super schnell im Haus. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben im Inserat.Der hintere Garten völlig ruhig und wirklich gross für unsere Hündin ein super Platz da sie eher ängstlich ist. Zum Meer braucht es doch einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang, zum Hafen ca. eine Viertelstunde alles den Quartierstrassen nach. Die Matratze war sehr bequem. Das Haus hat eine umfassende Küchenausrüstung und der Holzkohle Grill funktionierte wunderbar.

Bonne semaine dans une maison agréable

Maison agréable et bien aménagée. Nous avons bien apprécié ce séjour et notre chien a goûté également de pouvoir librement explorer le jardin bien clos de mur. Malheureusement ce grand jardin n’est pas accessible depuis le séjour de la maison. Il faut passer par la cuisine puis par un acces a la cave. Le seul « petit » jardin accessible depuis une porte entre la cuisine et le sejour est un petit jardinet donnant sur une route assez passante. La photo du site est tres trompeuse et tout cela mériterait d’etre clairement indiqué dans l’annonce. C’est un peu décevant. Globalement un séjour agréable. Cordialement

Schönes altes Steinhaus nah am Meer

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten viel Raum uns zu entfalten. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist riesig und unser Hund konnte sich richtig austoben. Nach einem kleinen Fußmarsch von 10-15 min ist man an langen Sandstränden oder im Zentrum von Étel, wo man lecker Essen gehen kann.

Grande et belle longére

Cette demeure a une âme : confortable, même si la gazinière m'a rappelé celle de mes parents ..Des murs épais, pas de grandes baies vitrées pour ne pas souffrir de la chaleur, un petit jardin d'un côté, et quasiment un parc de l'autre dont il faut découvrir l'accès.. ideal pour ceux qui ont des amis à quatre pattes

Location très sympa, a proximité du centre d'etel (a pied) et dans un secteur de toute beauté ( les couchers de soleil sur la ria....)

Satisfaction mitigee

Nous avions choisi cette location en prenier lieu pr la sécurité de notre chien vu le grd jardin tres bien clôturé. En ce qui concerne l habitation ( ancienne ferme ) elle aurait besoin de travaux de conformité l acces au jardin est lugubre . Les sanitaires surtout la douche sont a revoir ( le bac les joints st tp anciens ) les multiprises av bcp d appareils branchés ds la cuisine . . L aspect de proprete ds ces conditions est impossible. Et dernier point Cette location est classé Hote Premium ce qui est injustifié . Par contre la region superbe on garde malgre tout un bon souvenir

parfaite localisation et superbe parc

Très belle maison dans laquelle on se sent immédiatement bien, beaucoup d'espace ce qui est très appréciable (surtout les jours de pluie). A proximité immédiate (pieds ou vélo) du centre ville, des commerces et du bassin d'eau de mer idéal pour nager et pour les enfants. Très grand parc pour profiter de l'extérieur sans sortir de la maison. Et avec location de vélos (merci les vélos de la ria qui pose les vélos juste devant la maison !! à anticiper en période d'affluence) on accède aux magnifiques plages via la piste cyclable de la dune. Merveilleux ! l'application komoot est très bien renseignée pour se faire des itinéraires piétons / vélos sans jamais prendre une route goudronnée ce qui est réellement appréciable, les chemins dans le coin ne manquent pas pour aller à st cado, alignements de kerzhero.... Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Excellent séjour

Une vraie bouffée d'air vrai et un super moment en famille passé dans la maison et surtout le jardin qui a séduit toute la famille. L'hébergement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Le jardin est vraiment magique et le fait de pouvoir venir avec notre chien a été un vrai plus. La région est splendide et cerise sur le gateau nous avons un temps magnifique.

Maison agréable et pratique. Proximité du centre ville et des plages (5 à 10 min) en voiture. Le plus... un jardin bien clôturé pour nos poilus. Le moins. Impossible de savoir à quelle heure passe la personne à qui rendre les clefs. Car conciergerie injoignable.

Bon séjour maison agréable avec un grand jardin jeux extérieurs Par contre l accès à ce grand jardin est un peu compliqué mais c'est un très beau jardin Calme espaces appréciables On peut aller au port à pied Pour les plages c'est plus loin Au final nous avons apprécié ce séjour
