"Our room was extremely hot when we got there. Took all night to cool it off. We needed towels cause there was none at the pool and I had to get the guys attention for at least 5 minutes before he looked up from his phone. In the next room with the door open. Breakfast was very blah and didnt taste very good. The jelly was more like paste and sausage seemed boiled"

"For a handicap room, the lighting in the bathroom was so poor that it was hard to even put on makeup. There was no mirror outside the bathroom to help with dressing. The breakfast was good but it would be nice to have plain yogurt or even vanilla instead of fruit varieties. Also there was no sausage patties or bacon---only sausage gravy that is not always to everyone's taste."

"We’ve stayed here in prior years and been totally satisfied. Unfortunately the rooms are showing wear. The tub and enclosure should have been replace some time ago. The toilet did not easily flush. They need grab bars in the showers. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned at all. The keys continually failed. The beds and bedding were fine. The breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. The problem is the place needs some work. The location is perfect for us but next visit we will likely stay somewhere else. Kelly corp. execs invest in deferred maintenance and we will return."
