Ettalong Beach

Excellent place to stay. Close to Sydney CBD, comfy bed, clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff

The location was excellent for walking to sightseeing spots along the water front, shopping along George St and accessing public transport. My family loved the swimming pool and spa facilities. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious and immaculate. Beautiful city views out of the balcony. I really appreciated the full kitchen and also washing machine + dryer. On the downside, however, the carpet was a bit tired. We found debris floated down from the A/C unit in the living room, which was very noticeable on the white sheets of the sofa bed below. The filters probably needed changing. The toilet cistern broke down on Saturday night, and had to be manually sprung back during the rest of the weekend (while maintenance wasn't available).
