“The property was very clean and well laid out for multiple travelers. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. We enjoyed all the amenities from the pool and playground to the fishing/swimming dock. We cooked out on the grill and sat on the deck to watch the wildlife. We were able to relax and our vacation was very nice because of it. We will be back soon and have already recommended it to family and friends.”

“great 3 bed 2/1.5 bath. top bedroom is loft with sink and toilet. main floor bedroom with laundry and full bath ( shared with main floor) and down stairs bedroom with 1/2 bath ( shower toilet sink). plenty of room in common area for mingling draw back is only tvs are in living room and main bedroom and only ceiling fan is in kitchen area but great convenient location great value for the money”

“The property was gorgeous! The rooms and beds were bigger than we expected and accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. We tried using the grill and it was inoperable, it was really dirty and definitely looks like it needs an update and the propane wasn’t working. We also had to borrow a skillet from the house next door because we didn’t have one skillet in our house to make breakfast. There also was no lighter available when we were having issues with the grill. Other than that we had an amazing……

“Clean room. Could use a bit of clean up outside with limbs for better view of lake. Docks near property were in poor shape making it an eyesore. Batteries dead in remotes. No propane for heater and shower was one of the best I’ve seen but water pressure was low and could not get the best benefits from it. Privacy was excellent ”

“Our stay and communication with the owner, Charles, was perfect. However, dealing with Evolve was a horrible experience. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest you book directly with Charles at The Eagles Nest. (573-552-8044) we have stayed here many times before with the old ownership and now new owner, Charles is in charge and he is stepping up! Super clean, best view on the lake, pool, great pizza, perfect location. If you want fluff, glitz and glamour this is not your place, but……
