Amazing house - perfect for multiple families

We had 3 families - 6 adults, 6 kids. This house fit us perfectly! It was beautiful inside and had an amazing view! Extra space downstairs for the kids to play. Best house we’ve stayed at in CL so far!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Carlton Landing and it did not disappoint. We had a crew of 4 young families that enjoyed this house and all of the community amenities. Each couple was thankful for a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. And all the kids LOVED the bunk room, as well as the close by secondary living area with a big comfy couch, tv, and its own refrigerator - perfect for the kids’ movie night. The main living area, kitchen, dining room and adjoining screened in porch with it’s large picnic table had plenty of seating for our group during meals. The only thing we wished was different was the distance of this house from the nearest park or playground. The map on the hospitality app showed this property in a different location than it actually was, which unfortunately meant we were not right next to a park and this property had very small outdoor space behind the house. Definitely plan on bringing enough groceries for most of your meals because there’s really only one permanent restaurant option called The Meeting House, with a second restaurant under construction (as of March ‘24). The property management company was a bit stingy with basic essentials such as trash bags, which we had to request extra bags twice. The community as a whole was very charming, walkable, and friendly.

We love all the king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and the huge bunk room. Also having a 2nd living space was so great for the kids. We will definitely book again! Thank you

This house is our new favorite! I love that the kids bunks are on the bottom floor. At most houses here, they are on the upper floors which makes it very loud. This house also has a gorgeous view!
