“The stay was just ok. Would I stay here again? No. The only good thing I can say is that the house was decorated cute. Walking in the house smells funny, like it's had a lot of water damage/mold. The AC/Heater was LOUD and right next to the master bedroom so it made it difficult to sleep. The shower pressure in the master bath was terrible and the shower head needs to be fixed so we used the guest bath the entire trip. The couch has huge stains. “We enjoyed our stay overall although we had some issues, which Victoria address the main issues while we were there but the overall cleanliness was mediocre at best and there are ALOT of maintenance issues that really need addressed. Some of the issues we had with this stay were the fact that we were not provided with any rules or lock codes or anything prior to check in until I emailed Victoria and asked, nor did we get any departure/checkout procedures without asking.
