「The villa is in a small community of homes with enough privacy to think you were completely alone. The pool and gardens are beautiful and our children thoroughly enjoyed this aspect, both very well kept.Inside the villa you have two rooms upstairs with a bathroom with bath and a library on the landing overlooking downstairs, all very clean. Downstairs you have another 2 bedrooms (one with a TV and sofa bed) and a further bathroom with shower. Again all very clean and tidy. The living room space...

「Super complexe au calme absolu. Sans aucun vis à vis, maison très propre et moderne Donatien est très sympa et de bons conseils pour les activités de la region. Nous recommandons à 150% Le top」

「My family and I truly enjoyed this one of a kind residence. The grounds were impeccable, the house is small, but has a lovely living room/dining area where we could all relax and enjoy our time together. The beds are comfortable with plenty of linens, the pillows were dreamy. Communication w the hostess was easy and timely. There is an issue w the mapping software, but the hostess gives clear directions and use of Google maps is adviced. 」

「Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (4 enfants). C'est une maison régulièrement utilisée donc avec tout le confort nécessaire, y compris des jeux pour les enfants. Nos aînées ont adoré dormir dans la "cabane sous les toits". La maison est restée fraîche pendant les grosses chaleurs. La région est très belle. Une boulangerie et une boucherie dans le village. Supermarché à 3 minutes en voiture.」

「NIce and quiet, good pool.Nice cleaning lady.Wifi sometimes not working but when shutting down it will.Kitchen not everything available if you want to make a tart or a quiche.And blender is also welcome.For the rest an amazing property!Well recommended.」

"The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. "
