Overall very nice and clean, very happy. Only one request is to replace the nightstand lamps or offer power/usb that actually works on both night stands. The lamps both had plugs, but none of them worked

We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were immaculate and the hotel itself was remarkably modern and updated. The location is also ideal, as it is conveniently situated near various attractions, including the Avenue of Giants. The outdoor pool area was exceptionally clean and provided a refreshing swimming experience for my family. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk who assisted us was particularly friendly, attentive, and informative. Overall, our stay was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it looks way worse than it did when I was here two years ago. The pool wasn’t working and the hallways and hotel room could use paint. It is so rundown compared to when I was here before.
