“Clean and comfortable”

“Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was full of hair and dirt, not good.”

“Parking was very easy as I could able to access my room from the backdoor. Given my hand condition I felt relief that I could able to load and unload stuff without much effort. That being said I have to admit that this is the least clean or poor quality inn’s I’ve ever been. Sinks and bathrooms are so moldy and unclean.”

“The online reviews for this motel that already exist are perplexing to me. The reviews are so bad it almost frightened me away from staying here. What was my experience here? Firm bed, clean sheets, firmer pillows and a staff that mercifully knows how to leave a remote traveling professional worker in complete peace here. I got more work done here in 4 days than I did in 3 weeks at a dif hotel spanning 30 days! These folks here understand how to honor PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB. That matters to me as……

“We will never return to this hotel unless it undergoes extensive renovation. POSITIVES: it appears the room has new furniture, new vinyl floor and a new bedspread. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a small cable TV. The hotel was quiet and the bed was marginally comfortable. The tub was clean, but when the bathroom floor was mopped, large wads of soapy hairballs were left in the corners of the floor. NEGATIVES: there was a thick, offensive smell of cigarette smoke in halls……
