“Great in every way!”

“The property itself is beautiful and in a great setting. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance. The jacuzzi tub was dirty upon arrival and did not work properly (jacuzzi would not turn on and water kept draining), which was especially frustrating since it was the main reason we booked. The bathroom sink was also clogged and sprayed water on you when turned on. The floor had a sticky substance with black hair all in it & rug was dirty, the coffee pot and even ceiling……

“This little cabin was very clean and as advertised. There were very clear and easy to understand instructions for using different things in the room (hot tub, fireplace, etc) that we found very helpful. The host was also helpful and made sure we had all that we needed. We will be staying here again when we're in the area. Thanks for everything.”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed in the southside of Rock House Suites. We absolutely love this location! We could shop a bit, then drop off our purchased items and go back out. We took naps here and there, and stayed out to listen to the amazing live music at night. There shower and heated bathroom floor is amazing!! And our unit was so quiet too. We will be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the downtown histle and bustle. Once we figured out the gas heater we were perfectly warm and toasty! The host kept me informed on all instructions and checking in and out was super easy! We didn't use the common area but really enjoyed the coffee provided in our room and the side balcony area. It was very peaceful and fun! ”
