「We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. 「This place is truly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It is backed up into the woods, yet just down the street from all the shopping and restaurants. We saw a family of deer walk by the windows while sitting in there eating our dinner. It is so relaxing and quiet. I can’t wait to go back!」
