The house was just as described. Very neat and clean. It wasn't far from Erika Springs historic district which was a unique town. Good neighborhood. The only negative thing would be the TV in the living room. We couldn't get it to pick up anything on one of our days but was no biggie because we weren't there much during the day and didn't have to have it. The host was very prompt on answering and questions we had. We would definitely pick this house again when we return to visit.
