「The room was clean and quiet. It was a little smaller than what I had expected, but it served its purpose well. I did have some issues checking in, but that was because the instructions went to the wrong email. No fault of theirs. The host was great, but the person she referred me to speak to seemed very annoyed with me. I felt like I was interrupting her day with my questions about check in. Altogether, it was a good experience.」

「My only issues were the neighbors light was on all night, every night and the curtains didn't help much. The place smelled a little musty even with the dehumidifier. Nature cannot be controlled and a skunk sprayed right by the place and that's all I could smell the first night.」

「The room was nice and cozy. The AC was excellent and we had everything that we needed. Unfortunately we had a few things we didn't need. I killed a half dozen carpenter ants during our stay. We also had visitors. At 2 AM on Tuesday night we had banging on our door so aggressively that the entire room shook and the door knob was rattled. They kept banging and I ended up having to call the police. By the time the police arrived whomever it was had run off (forget about sleeping after that). ...

「Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!」
