「We have stayed at Alpine River Cottages many times over the years, and for a good reason. The location is central to both Bright and Myrtleford, without the business of either town. I did not mind that the decore and furniture were old but the shower was really dirty on the base and bottom of the screen and a thick layer of dust on the skirtings. There we thick cobwebs on the outside of the kitchen window too. Place needs a deep clean by professionals.」

「It was a pleasant surprise to arrive at the facility which is surrounded by magnificent trees, gardens and the historical buildings that Beechworth is famous for. It is only a short walk into the Main St and lake or an easy drive, it was a pleasure to stay here. Although the room was very small it fulfilled my needs as I was a solo traveller」
