“The food was subpar, especially for how expensive it was. I ordered a margherita pizza which typically has fresh tomatoes and fresh basil on it. What I got was an overcooked cheese pizza. The bass in the music was booming. There was no wine by the glass. The service at the restaurant was terrible. I went in again at dinner time and never was seen. I left and ended it trying to buy a bag of pistachios at the grab and go, but the credit card machine didn’t work. I gave three stars because……

“Breakfast”

“The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it! The staff were friendly and……

“The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.”
