"The twin bed room is too small for two people to move around. Plus not standard for rooms with windows. Some are full window from ceiling to floor while some are half way from ceiling and guests can hardly see the window. Suggest to describe clearly what the window type is upon booking. "
"The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast. "
"The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome.
Room the 2 bed rooms is spacious but the room is very dark. Amenities are very good with toothbrushes and slippers."
