Quite, remote (but not too remote!). 15 min to Sugarloaf and 45 min to Saddleback that has reopened!! ATV/Snowmobile access to ITS Trail system minutes away via Eustis Ridge Road or Porter Nadeau towards Tim Pond. Arnold Trail club is a great resource for changes to trail access. Very close to Cathedral Pines camp ground (see last pic) which offers access to a public sandy beach and swimming area as well as Kayak rentals. Awesome walking area with lots of shade and views! Many mountains, hiking trails (Cranberry Mtn is very close), and narrow gauge Mtn bike trail/walking system. Sugarbowl and anti-gravity center for those winter/rainy days!
