"This cabin was the perfect place to stay out of the college student bustle and still close enough to visit our daughter at Georgia Southern. We will definitely remember Beaver Run RV park for the future."

"Rooms were filthy; food splatters were on the floors, walls and refrigerator. Bathroom had mold around caulking, and the bottom of the tub was stained with dirty idk what, wood flooring planks had 1/2" gaps between the planks where crud had fallen in the cracks, and the "silver" drawer handles were rusted brown. Was afraid to even sit on the furniture. Complained to the desk and given key to another room to possibly use. It was worse with same filthy walls rusted handles, dirty shower tub, but had dirty dingy carpet instead. Got a refund and left w/o staying. Staff was very friendly tho."

Complimentary snacks and drinks were a thoughtful touch and the soaking tub in the master bath is glorious! Our family would definitely book this property again. "It was very run down. They charged me a $50 cleaning fee for my service dog. No where on their website does it say about bringing paperwork showing he is a service dog which is actually not allowed. All the bedding was stained and didn't look clean. I actually went and bought sheets to put on the bed to sleep on because I wasn't sleeping on theirs. They need a major remodel! Oh and as soon as I walked in my room it REEKED of marijuana! I understand for the price I shouldn't ask for much but there are only two options for this town and I was just staying one night. The man in the office was ok. He wasn't rude or anything but not very friendly either. If I was in a major pinch I guess I would stay there again but I would be either be bringing a sleeping bag or bedding again."
