"The property and the people were good. Except this has been the third time we’ve been to the Heritage Inn ‘and they say the hot tub is running.. Again we get there and it is not working. They keep saying it just broke down but that’s been over three years that we know of that it just broke down either. Take it off the website and don’t advertise it because that was the reason we went there. We stayed three days because we thought it was working again ,and before we booked i called the hotel direct 3 times and there was no answer."

"Breakfast was prompt and was fairly decent.
Shower backed up, grout falling off otherwise rooms were decent. Area surrounding property didn’t seem to be the best area, but we didn’t experience any problems. "

Clean rooms, beds were a little on the harder side, didn't sleep very well.
Overall, I wouldn't single it out if we happened to be going through there again. "

"Had to wait for someone to show up at the desk to checkin. When going to our room the hallway reeked if pot. When going to use the pool there was a disgusting film layering the top of the water. There were bugs and dirt on the window sill. The beds looked like they have been rolled in beds made up in a hurry."
