「This was the second time to stay at this property and were happy with it, especially the location.」

「Great location, amenities etc. Beds were too soft and need a box spring or plywood to keep them from dipping at the end of the bed. But overall good house. 」

It's a basement apartment that could use a good cleaning, and new/newer bedding. The bed quilt looked old and was of questionable cleanliness. It did not appear that the furniture had been dusted or wiped down (the bedside table had a sticky substance where something had obviously been spilled). There was a dirty...
